On February 4, 2020, at approximately 11 PM, PO Archibald was on patrol in the area of Central Ave and Kingsland Ave when he observed an individual walking through the gravel parking lot. The suspect appeared to be looking into parked vehicles along the way. The suspect was stopped and provided identification. A warrant check was completed and the suspect was found to be a wanted person out of Essex County, NJ. The 30 year old male was placed under arrest. He was later turned over to Essex County Jail.
