Notice is hereby given that starting on January 1^st 2026 per P.L. 2025, c. 72, local governments must publish public notices twice a month through December 31^st 2026. The complete text of all legal notices required to be published by the Town of Harrison may be obtained or viewed by the public on the Town of Harrison's official website at www.townofharrisonnj.com

Additionally, the notices must also include a hyperlink to the Secretary of State’s public notice webpage. Currently that hyperlink is not available as the Secretary of State has until March 1^st 2026, to establish the website. Once the hyperlink is established, it will be published on the Town of Harrison's municipal website.
