On December 22, 2019, at approximately 8 PM, PO Triano was on patrol in the
area of 1st Street and Harrison Avenue when he conducted a random
license plate check of a vehicle. The vehicle came back as a stolen
vehicle and PO Triano and fellow officers conducted a felony motor vehicle
stop. The five occupants of the vehicle fled, four of the five occupants
were apprehended. The 18 year old male was turned over to the Hudson
County Jail while the three juvenile occupants were charged and turned over to
their parents.
