On December 11, 2019, at approximately 9:45 PM, PO Archibald was dispatched
to the 500 Block of North FER Blvd on a report of an individual refusing to pay
his taxi fare. Upon arrival, the actor was very agitated and
uncooperative however finally agreed to pay the $100 fare. After paying
the fare, the suspect became more irate with police and continued to yell in an
alarming behavior while clinching his fists. After being told multiple
times to stop and not acknowledging, PO Archibald placed the 38 year old male
under arrest. He was charged with Obstruction and Disorderly Conduct and
released from police custody with a summons.
