On October 27, 2019, at approximately 3 AM, police responded to East Davis Street on a Burglary to a Motor Vehicle in Progress. The victim provided a description of the actor and advised police he fled the area going west on East Davis Street. A check of the area was conducted with negative results. At approximately 4 AM, East Newark Police observed an individual that matched the description of the actor. Police conducted a show-up and the victim confirmed that the individual apprehended was the actor. The 19 year old male was placed under arrest. The actor was turned over to the Hudson County Jail
