On October 26, 2019j, at approximately 11 PM, PO Gerris responded to B-52 Bar
and Grill on a report of Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival, the victim
informed police that the actor used a traffic cone to damage the window and
window frame of the establishment. A description was provided and
broadcast to all units. Police were able to locate the actor and the 29
year old male was placed under arrest. He was released from police
custody with a summons to appear in court.
