On October 9, 2019, at approximately 2:45 AM, PO Archibald conducted a motor
vehicle stop on FER Blvd South and Angelo Cifelli Drive. Upon approaching the
vehicle, police detected a strong odor of marijuana. A check of the
vehicle was conducted and police recovered raw marijuana. The 21 year old
male was placed under arrest. He was released from police custody with a
summons.
