On October 5, 2019, at approximately 4:30 AM, PO Triano was on patrol in the
area of Grant Avenue and Reynolds Avenue when he observed a vehicle that ran
the red traffic signal. Police conducted a motor vehicle stop and upon
approaching the driver’s window, police detected an odor of alcoholic
beverages. The driver was asked to step out of the vehicle and perform
the Standard Field Sobriety Tests. At the completion of the tests, the 35
year old male was placed under arrest for Driving Under the Influence. He
was issued multiple summonses and released from police custody to a responsible
party.
