On August 17, 2020, at approximately 9 AM, police spoke to a victim of Theft by Deception. The victim stated that she hired an individual to complete Air Conditioning work at her residence. The victim gave the suspect a deposit and he advised her of his start date. The suspect never showed up at the residence and continues to block calls from the victim. At the time of this report, the victim did not sign any complaints.
