On January 1, 2020, at approximately 3 AM, PO Gregory was on patrol in the
area of Passaic Ave and Reynolds Ave when he conducted a motor vehicle stop on
a vehicle that was driving across the double yellow lines. Upon approaching the
vehicle, police detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the
driver’s mouth. The driver was asked to step out of the vehicle to
perform the Standard Field Sobriety Tests. At the completion of the
tests, the 28 year old male was placed under arrest. He was later
released from police custody to a responsible party.
