On April 19 at 12PM, Officer Gilmore was on patrol in the area of 1000 South FER Blvd. Officer Gilmore recognized a cyclist from a Port Authority Police B.O.L.O that indicated he was a suspect in multiple bicycle thefts. He stopped the 41 year old male and conducted a computer inquiry which revealed multiple outstanding warrants out of Newark. The actor was arrested and processed.
