On March 18 at 9:30PM, PO Pearson responded to the area of Hamilton Street and Second Street on a report of a fight in progress. Upon arrival, the victim’s husband explained that two males ran up to her and grabbed her cell phone and continued to run. The victim’s husband was able to catch up to the one actor, who in turn punched the husband. The victim’s husband was able to detain the actor until police arrived. The 15 year old actor was placed under arrest and charged with Theft and Simple Assault. He was released from police custody to his parents.
