On February 20, 2019 at 7PM, Officers Kirk Zeta and Jamie Sackerman responded to the Element Hotel on a report of Theft of Services. A Lindenwold resident, 33, was unable and unwilling to pay rooms and the hotel that she had reserved and used. Initially, the suspect offered false information to police. When officers were able to obtain her true identity, active warrants were discovered out of Union and Essex Counties. She was charged with Theft of Services and Hindering Apprehension by Providing False Information and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.
