On September 18, at 6:30 PM, a Bergen Street resident reported his vehicle had been burglarized by a male. Video captured most of the event and the reporting officer,
Matt Murphy, was able to positively identify the male as an offender he hadarrested for previous thefts. The
detective bureau personnel will complete the investigation and charge himaccordingly.
