On October 9, 2019, at approximately 10:30 PM, PO Triano was in the area of
Grant Avenue and Mullock Place when he observed an individual who he knew to
have active warrants out of Bayonne and Clifton, NJ. The 39 year old male was
placed under arrest and turned over to Clifton PD.
