On November 3 at 1AM, Officer Liz DeLacruz and Sgt. Stan
Titterington conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation involving head
lamps. The driver, exited the vehicle to
verify the officers’ explanation for the stop.
Officers could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage and observed that
the driver had trouble standing.
Roadside psychophysical tests were administered which the driver could
not complete. The 51 year old Harrison
male was arrested for DWI and processed.
He failed to follow instructions for breath testing and was additionally
charged with refusal.
